Q. Is there a limit on the mileage I can do in my hire car?
A. Yes. A hire of 1 or 2 days will allow you a 200 mile limit. There after you will be charged accordingly on a rate per mile. A hire of 3 days plus allows you unlimited mileage.
Q. Is there an age limit when hiring a car?
A. Yes. You must be 21+ to hire a BMW 1 series, 23+ to hire a BMW 318 and 25+ for all other vehicles.
Q. What happens if I have an accident? What is the excess cost?
A. In the case of an accident contact BMW emergency services immediately. You will have a £300 - £500 excess depending on vehicle.
Q. What happens if I fill the fuel tank with the incorrect fuel?
A. Fuelling the vehicle is the complete responsibility of the driver. Your insurance will not cover the consequences of any mistakes.
Q. What do I do in the case of the car breaking down whilst in my care?
A. Contact BMW emergency services 24 hour call out.
Q. What is the procedure if I get a puncture? Do I have to pay for the repair?
A. Punctures are the responsibility of the driver. If possible repair, alternatively a new tyre must be bought. Like for like.
